In August, 2010, as part of the MacArthur Fund for Arts & Culture at The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation, the board of The Driehaus Foundation
approved the following grants to music, dance and theater performing arts groups:

New Grants:
-Chicago Dancing Company—$15,000 (one year grant):  Presenters of the three-year-old Chicago Dancing Festival, already considered one of the nation’s best dance fests. The event combines the best of Chicago companies with great dancers from around the United States. Overflow crowds jam Millennium Park in late August as the festival takes on a rock-concert feel.
